FAQ
Questions drivers ask us
Here are the questions we hear most often, with plain answers. If yours is not here, call us or send a message and we will help.
General
Yes. Every oil change includes a quick look at fluids, belts, hoses, tires, and lights. If we spot something that needs attention, we will explain it and show you. Nothing is added to your bill without your approval.
Yes. We service hybrids for routine maintenance, brakes, cooling, and many electrical and drivability concerns. For work on the high-voltage system, we will tell you up front whether we can handle it or point you to a better option.
Yes. Owen Brooks leads our diesel and truck work, and we can set up regular maintenance for small fleets. See our diesel, fleet and hybrid service page for details.
Services
First, check whether it is steady or flashing. A flashing light means you should reduce speed and call us right away. A steady light is less urgent, but it still needs a diagnostic check before it turns into a bigger repair.
Yes. We offer emissions testing and can diagnose why a car failed, including catalytic converter problems. We will check the cause first, so you do not replace a part that was not the issue. Learn more on our emissions page.
Yes. Ethan Clarke handles batteries, charging systems, starters, wiring faults, and warning lights. We test before replacing parts, so you only pay for what is actually wrong. See our electrical service.
The ABS light means the anti-lock system has a fault. Your normal brakes still work, but the anti-lock feature may not. The airbag light means the restraint system may not deploy as designed. Both deserve a prompt check.
Yes. If your car pulls to one side, the steering wheel is off-center, or your tires wear unevenly, an alignment can help. We also check suspension parts at the same time. See steering, suspension and tires.
Pricing & warranty
Oil changes start at $59. The final price depends on your engine and the type of oil it needs. We will give you the total before we start, and the inspection is included.
Yes. Our work is backed by a 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty on parts and labor. If a covered repair fails within that period, we will make it right. Ask us for the details when you book.
Always. We explain what we found, what it costs, and what is urgent. You decide what goes ahead. We never start repairs without your approval, and we do not add surprises later.
This is a demo site, so no real payments are taken. In a real shop you would expect the usual options, and we would confirm them with you when you book.
Appointments
Both work. Short jobs like oil changes and brake inspections are often done while you wait. Longer repairs and diagnostics are best dropped off, and we will keep you updated by phone.
Use the form on our contact page or call +1 (555) 010-0123. Tell us your vehicle and what you are noticing, and we will suggest a time. Saturday visits are by appointment.
Yes. Let us know ahead of time and leave the keys and a note with your details. We will review the car first thing in the morning and call you with our findings.
It is a report with photos and plain notes about the condition of your car, sent straight to you. You can see what we see and decide what to do. Read more about digital inspections.
